The Community Endowment Challenge is a partnership between the Community Foundation of West Texas and the CHFoundation for the purpose of encouraging nonprofit organizations to build permanent endowments.

The Lubbock Area Foundation has established the Fallen Heroes Fund to provide scholarship support for the dependent survivors of service men and women and first responders who have died in the line of duty since September 11, 2001.
The Mini-Grants for Teachers program brings together the resources of regional funders who have an interest in K-12 education. By working together, we are impacting the ability of educators to create meaningful learning experiences for children throughout the South Plains area.
